Progress Report:

Current progress for the Flip It Business Proposal remains in Phase 1 as seen in the Gantt Chart below. At this
time the proposal is on time. The original plan to complete the project is dependent upon available time of each
of the business partners which falls to weekends. The original deadline to complete the project is 11/30/2014.
Little has been completed at this time as meetings between the business partners, and interested parties, has
been limited however a brainstorming session is scheduled for 11/11/2014 to determine the next course of
action and assignments. One of the participant business partners has been ill and away on work which has
pushed meetings back which has made us slightly behind on the project.
We are confident that the project will be successfully completed by the deadline as we plan to increase meetings
to two times per week and 4 hours on the weekends.
