Statement of Teaching Beliefs

People are constantly adapting to the changes in our environment and society.
Educators need to be just as versatile in order to meet the needs of their students.
The following is a working list of my teaching beliefs inside my classroom.

I believe in creating a safe positive learning environment.

I believe in creating a relationship with each student in my classroom.

I believe teaching is a profession that involves constant ability to adapt to any

given situation or circumstance.

I believe in meeting each of my students with where theyre at in their

learning.

I believe in student directed learning activities.

I believe in collaborative learning through; activities, discussion,

performances etc.

I believe in creating respectful ethical people.

I believe in incorporating differentiated teaching strategies into every lesson

I teach.

I believe in creating clear concise classroom management guidelines with the

input of my students.

I believe in accountability in my classroom.

I believe in accommodating to different learning styles inside my classroom.

I believe in success through failure by self-reflection.

I believe in challenging my students.

I believe in hard work
