being the next logical step in my professional development. I am currently finishing my A.A.S
Degree with a GPA of 3.818 in Early Childhood Education and pursuing a Bachelors Degree.
I believe I have the characteristics that CPS needs and deserves as I am fluent in both
English and Spanish as well as reading and writing the languages. My practicum hours along
with academic requirements has broaden my understanding of child development as well as
deepened my passion for the age group. I know how to implement and evaluate activities that are
developmentally age appropriate for preschool children in the following areas of development:
social, emotional, cognitive, language, creative and physical. I work well with children and
provide them with the emotional security that further prompts optimal growth and development
of the whole child.
