WATCH: Anne Curtis joins Luis Manzano and Alex Gonzaga on ASAPs Karaokey

One of the most-awaited segments in ASAP every Sunday afternoon is Karaokey, led by Alex
Gonzaga, Luis Manzano, and Marcelito Pomoy. In this episode, they invited fellow Kapamilya
star Anne Curtis to join them on stage. Luis introduced Anne as my best friend na kasing kapal
ng mukha ko sa kantahan (my best friend who is as brave as me when it comes to singing) that
made the audience applaud in delight. Anne sang Bakit Ngayon Ka Lang by Ogie Alcasid and
Regine Velasquez as she made her entrance on the stage. Luis then joined Anne and they even
pointed Alex as the other person that the song refers to. Luis and Anne made the emotional
song rather a comedic one through their exaggerated actions that made the audience laugh in
their seats.

After the song, Anne jokingly said that Sunday was supposed to be her rest day but ASAP
invited her on their show and that she wont say no to a singing engagement.
The next song was P!nks hit, Just Give Me A Reason. Alex was the one who sang first,
followed by Anne. In the chorus, Alex then started cutting her dress with a scissor to imitate
Annes dress from her controversial birthday performance that caught MTRCBs attention last
year. Anne told Alex that she might be called by the Board for that. But Alex was wearing a
very short pair of black shorts and stockings, so she is somehow safe.

As this was karaoke, the screen showed their scores along with a comment after every song.
