**Growth: Please list how your knowledge and skills listed above, have grown as a result of your student
teaching experiences.
During my student teaching I have learned how to create an inviting and well-mannered classroom that
touches on each religion, culture and family tradition.
Also how to create a more parent teacher involvement.

**Beliefs: How has completing the above assignments and your student teaching influenced your beliefs about
promoting partnerships between programs, teachers, families, and their communities?
These have only enhanced my belief in being culturally accepting in all aspects of the classroom.
This also made my belief in how important teacher and parent involvement is.
**Future Growth & Next Steps: Think about your future teaching, list three goals to help you improve
upon your existing knowledge and skills and your teaching.
I will create an atmosphere that is accepting of all cultures.
Create lesson plans that touch on accepting other not matter what religion or
culture.
I will give more time when giving parents the newsletter if I need something for
the class.
Identify how you will achieve each of these three goals. Be specific. For instance, will you enroll in a
course? If so, what course? Will you read a book? What book?
I will achieve these goals by paying close attention to the families.
To be more open when creating my lesson plans.
Creating a new letter that can be easily changed.

**These sections should be based upon your reflections of your student teaching experiences.
