Student comments:
If one considers the State systems of Forensic Compliance and services to victims
of sexual assault then Emily met and exceeded all expectations for a student
coming in from a Bachelor's level program. Her critical thinking skills and
understanding of the multiple systems and disciplines involved in the service
delivery and criminal justice systems for victims is outstanding. Her ability to
quickly grasp topics and theories she has not been exposed to before is both
refreshing and excellent.
Skills demonstrated at this macro level of service should be easily transferable to
any individual, group or community setting. Emily should be able to work
effectively at any social work setting she may choose to apply to. Emily's
performance as an intern has assured her of serious consideration should she be
inclined to apply to any current or future job openings within the agency.
