Comments: On what two or three areas do you think this writer needs to focus before submitting this document?

English 360 Portfolio Rubric for Revised Documents

Though I could find hardly anything wrong with this Reader Report, I do feel that two areas might be able to capitalize on small
revisions to make the report better as a whole!
Content Information: Speaking specifically in regards to the Personal Experience sectionyou mention that at the workshop, the
attendees were given a significantly better grasp of what it takes to write a query letterthough all you mention is that they couldnt
summarize the storys concept in laymans terms at the beginning, and could at the end. Perhaps just add a sentence that outlines more
of what was taught to the people in attendance specifically that would give them an edge over someone who didnt attend! Its a slight
fix but I think it could help you out!
Content Support: Im not quite sure what to file this comment under, so I chose content supportforgive me if there was a more
applicable category. Anyways, I wanted to talk about the last section of your paper, the Recommendation. I think you can write a little
more info about how else Query Letters might be introduced into the curriculum for upper division writing courseswere you
thinking it could be for just English Majors or perhaps more than that? Just clearing it up would make it that much more affective!
Great job overall! It was difficult finding comments to make!
