playfully to both teachers and peers. He is easy to talk to and loves to talk about just about
everything. He makes friends quite easily and feels comfortable around most people.
When he gets frustrated he will shut down but is never violent. He is able to entertain
himself easily.
STUDENT STRENGTHS:
HE IS A VERY FRIENDLY BOY AND IS VERY EASY TO TALK TO. HE IS VERY COMPASSIONATE AND
CARES ABOUT OTHERS ESPECIALLY HIS FAMILY AND FRIENDS. HE IS VERY FUNNY AND LOVES
TELLING JOKES.
PHYSICAL DEVELOPMENT
THE DEGREE (EXTENT) AND QUALITY OF THE STUDENTS MOTOR AND SENSORY
DEVELOPMENT, HEALTH, VITALITY AND PHYSICAL SKILLS OR LIMITATIONS WHICH PERTAIN TO
THE LEARNING PROCESS: ISAAC RECEIVES OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY ONCE A WEEK. HE HAS
DIFFICULTY WRITING FOR LONG PERIODS OF TIME. HE ENJOYS PLAYING BASKET BALL AND
PARTICIPATES IN ALL PHYSICAL ACTIVITY. HE IS A VERY ACTIVE CHILD AND LOVES BEING
OUTSIDE.
STUDENT STRENGTHS: ISAAC ENJOYS PLAYING SPORTS BY HIM SELF AS WELL AS WITH
OTHER STUDENTS AND PEOPLE. HE LOVES PLAYING OUTSIDE AND IS VERY GOOD AT ICE
SKATING.

Isaac will benifit from taking frequent breaks, moving around and refocusing. Isaac
would also benifit from constant movement around the classroom as well as throughout
the entire day. Isaac would benifit from a small classroom and he needs the one on one
attention.
