STUDENT COUNCIL
Student Council members don't forget to sign up on Mrs. Cummings's door today if you
are planning to attend your holiday party on Wednesday.
ALL STUDENTS
The HMS Museum Club will meet today from 2:30-3:30 in Mr. Pineda's room. This
meeting is for all current and former members and anyone else who is interested in
getting involved for the first time. See Mr. Pineda if you have any questions.
STOCKINGS
Teachers and students: don't forget to bring in stocking stuffers to support teens who
are staying at Haven House this Christmas! You have until this Friday to bring in new
items. The class in each grade that donates the most items will win a class prize.
7th & 8th GRADE GIRLS
There will be an informational meeting today during 6th hour for any girl interested in
playing 7th or 8th grade basketball. The meeting will be held in Ms. DeGraws classroom
and students will be dismissed by the PA. Students with questions should see Mr.
Fisher. Students trying out must have a physical on file in the office.
SATURDAY MORNING ART
MSU is once again offering Saturday Morning Art. Participating students will gain
experience in a range of visual art media and methods such as drawing, ceramics,
painting, photography, printmaking and sculpture. The program provides 6 class
sessions of instruction and an exhibition day for everyone to celebrate the artistic
creations of the students. Informational fliers are available in the office for interested
students.
