The minutes document the discussion of a brainstorming session on how to address cows and dogs entering their campus. Several suggestions were proposed: 1) Building an enclosure for the cows but it was noted the land would become barren; 2) Employing villagers to care for the cows but the original owners could later claim them; 3) Formally complaining to local authorities but cooperation may be lacking. Concerns were raised about each proposal.

Date: 02.12.2014 Time: 14.45 Topic of discussion: No! We own this Campus (not the cows/dogs) Suggested plans:
Building a special enclosure for the cows
Problems: The land inside the fence will go barren forever. Providing employment to the nearby villagers for taking care of the cows Problems: the actual owners claiming for the cows again will pose as a big problem Animal husbandry Problems: less manpower What will an animal husbandry do inside an Academic campus? Formal complaint by the students to Trichy Corporation Problems: co operation will be less from the Corporation side. Sell the cows Problems: claim by the actual owners Drive the cows away through the back gate and provide properly fenced gates, so that they do not return Problems: The security guards being local people will allow the cows again into the campus. Confine the cattle to an enclosed fence for a period of 15 days so that the owners will come to claim them Problems: The cows need to be fed, and if fed the owners will not return to claim the cows.
