4. GENERAL
1.1. CONTRACTOR shall inspect, test and accept all parts of the WORK as defined in SOW,
CONTRACT and MFC PO where applicable, including its subcontractors’ work, in
conformance with all drawings, specifications and Mandatory Saudi Aramco Engineering
Requirements (MSAER) applicable to the WORK. Short Form Contract is excluded from this
Contract.
1.2. CONTRACTOR shall implement a Quality Management System in accordance with the
latest version of [SO $001 and definitions contained in |SO 9000. In case of conflict between
180 $001 and this Quality Requirements, the requirements specified here shall have
precedence,

2. DOCUMENTATION REQUIREMENTS
24. CONTRACTOR shall submit all quality documents (Contractor Project Quality Pian,
Inspection and Test Plan and applicable quality procedures, etc) for COMPANY review and
approval. Quality Procedures shall be submitted to Company approval no later than
FOURTEEN (14) calendar days before start of activity,
2.2. CONTRACTOR shall submit their Top Management Review status report to COMPANY, if
period cf contract exceeds 6 months.
3, RESOURCE MANAGEMENT.
3.1. Based on SOW, CONTRACTOR shall verify and provide resumes and all associated
certifications in legible format of all CONTRACTOR and Subcontractor Quality personnel to
COMPANY for review and approval minimum two weeks prior to mobilization. COMPANY
shall have the right to interview andior test assigned QC personnel. COMPANY has the right
to reject proposed candidates if they do not comply with the requirements stated in Para
4.26 and if COMPANY has had prior poor experience with such candidates or approve
proposed inspector to be working on more than one contract
3.1.1, QC staffing levels (Organization chart) shall comply with the scope of work and it shall
be included in the QP.
3.1.2, CONTRACTOR's Quality personnel shall be dedicated to perform quality functions as
approved in the Quality Plan,
3.1.3. CONTRACTOR shall inform COMPANY for quality personnel changes (Vacation,
resignation or other reasons) at least FOURTEEN (14) calendar days in advance of
scheduled absences or changes and CONTRACTOR shall provide the appropriate
approved replacement
4, PROJECT REALIZATION / EXECUTION
4.1, Procurement Phase Qualty Control Activities
4.1.1 All ilems related to Procurement such as procedures, clarification, personnel
approval, elc., shall be approved by assigned COMPANY Saudi Aramco Inepection
Representative (SAIR).

All construction "Requests For Inspections’ (RFI) shall be submitted a
minimum 24 hours for week days and 48 hours for holidays, weekenc
inspections and remote area locations. QMIS shall be used for submission
of RFs,
CONTRACTOR shall submit its test reports and its subcontractors test
reports to the COMPANY Representative as specified by the applicable
COMPANY standards. The CONTRACTOR shall review / approve its
subcontractor’s test reports prior to submittal
For all other test reportsivalidation records whether performed oy
CONTRACTOR or subcontractor, test reportsivalidation records shall be
maintained current and available at CONTRACTOR site office for
COMPANY review.
CONTRACTOR shall coordinate with COMPANY for the required quality
details to be included in the weekly Minutes of Meeting (MOM). After
weekly meeting, CONTRACTOR shall submit MOM for COMPANY
Inspection concurrence within two warking days.

CONTRACTOR shall determine and evaluate the degree of COMPANY's
satisfaction through CONTINUOUS evaluation of COMPANY
assessments, Nonconfotmance Reports (NCR) and QMIS.
CONTRACTOR shall submit all recorded nor-conformities within two
working days of issue to COMPANY review and concurrence.
CONTRACTOR shall respond to all NCRs issued by COMPANY in writing
(Corrective Active Request) within two working days of receiving
notification of non-conformance, including his proposed corrective action.
CONTRACTOR shall notify and obtain COMPANY Representative
Approval prior to final closure of any nonconforrity
CONTRACTOR shall not waive the requirements of any CONTRACTOR
Quality Plan or Inspection and Test Pian previously accepted by the
COMPANY Representative without written consent of the COMPANY
Representative. CONTRACTOR shall maintain a log which indicates the
status of the waiver, a brief description and details of the applicable
purchase order and equipment or construction process,
Identification And Traceability
4.2.34
Inspection status reports shall be kept current and shall be available for
COMPANY's review at all times as per approved ITP. CONTRACTOR:QUALITY REQUIREMENTS FOR MEG
shall implement an identification and traceability procedure for all
materials, parts and components, including partially fabricated assemblies.
4.2.4, Customer Property And Preservation
4241, CONTRACTOR shall implement 2 control system through writen
procedures for project (COMPANY and CONTRACTOR supplied) material
‘or equipment. The writen procedures shall provide for receiving
inspection, handling, proper storage, preservation and maintenance of
such material and equipment and It shall be included in the QP This
procedure shall have provisions for dealing with losses, damage or other
problems discovered with such material and equipment.
4.2.5. Monitoring & Measuring Equipment Control
4.28.1. CONTRACTOR shall include procedures for the contra! of inspection,
measuring and testing equipment. Calibration shall be performed at
established periods as specified in the most stringent of COMPANY
standards or other applicable standards, or manufacturer
recommendations. if no standards apply, the calibration cycle shall not
exceed twelve months.
4.2.6, CONTRACTOR QC Personnel
4.2.6.1. Quality personnel employed by CONTRACTOR and its subcontractors to
perform the WORK described in this Contract shall meet, as a minimurn,
the following qualification and experience requirements. An inspector can
be assigned to multiple inspection disciplines, provided he meets the
minimum requirements specified below for each discipline. COMPANY
shall be the final authority for the determination of equivalency for all
quaifications, certifications, or minimum number of years of experience as
specified in this Schedule upon successful completion of required
‘examinations and! or interviews.

4.3, Pre-Gommissioning Phase Quality Cor
ntrol Activities
43.1.1. Precommissioning phase quality activities shall be as per approved ITP
‘and procedures. Prior to completion of the WORK, CONTRACTOR shall
perform the inspections required by SOW, CONTRACT and MFC PO
where applicable to complete pre-commissioning activities and document
and correct any non-conformances.
