    Place for conduction : we need 5000 sq.ft space out of which 1200 sq.ft would be occupied by pandal
    . sports complex would be suitable
    Entry fee : rs. 200 per group (max. 4 people)
    We expect 75 groups to be participated this year as compared to 60 last year
    2. Card castle
    Place for conduction : drawing hall
    Entry fee : Rs. 150 per group (max 3 people )
    We expect 40 50 groups to be participated this year
    3. Poster making :
    Place for conduction : drawing hall (other day of tech fest )
    We expects 30 participants
    Entry fee : rs. 50
    4. Seminar cum workshop
    Place for conduction : seminar hall (2 days)
    Entry fee Rs.400 per group ( max 4 people in group )

    Rs. 62000 to carry out events successfully


    Rs. 3000 to felicitate judges
    Rs. 3000 for refreshment of volunteer and water for participant
    10 flexes of 40 sq.ft each for 4 events
