We have a unique work environment where youre trained to work every position in the restaurant. From
the register, to the line, to morning prep and evening close, our crew members become a team working in
all aspects of the restaurant.

Travel/Missions
TWB (Summer 2013) Teens Westward Bound, founded in 1975, is a 23 day educational leadership
program for high school students. The purpose of the program is to expose todays teens to the
American Dream freedom, self-reliance and mobility. Over the course of 23 days, the group of
70-80 teens get close to America traveling by bus and van to some of the most spectacular
sights in the United States. They camp each night, participants sleep in sleeping
bags on campgrounds (with the occasional YMCA gym floor), prepare their own meals for

70 plus people, stop at laundry-mats to do their laundry and carry no cell phones. The
students visit major universities and colleges along the way as well as major cities.
Traveled Abroad to London (2014) English literature in history focus school field trip abroad.
Toured Londons famous sights, the city of Stratford upon Avon, and Shakespeares childhood
home, and the ancient Roman baths in the city of Bath.
Portland, Oregon (Summer 2014) Summer job shadow experience with a plastic surgeon and
anesthesiologist. Observed surgical procedures in the examining room, operating room and
dental office.
