Laids trials is a Professional scouting agency registered and licensed by U.S.A

With the mission to help young talented African footballers who have the dream of
studying abroad and playing professional football in the U.S.A realise their dreams.
The Company has professional Coaches and scouts and have strong professional
relationship with the football association of several reputable institutions in the
United States, college soccer board and the MLS
Afri-trials is currently the largest college recruiting Network in Africa and a
representative of MLS in Nigeria
We recruit young talented footballers as scholarship students (ages:18 -22) for
College football teams in the United States.
We scout for skilled, experienced and talented players who are ready to play
professional football in the United states; then prepare them for trials with
football clubs in MLS
We Manage Players at both Professional and Amateur level and represent their
interest in negotiations and contracts with football clubs in MLS

We scout, try and recruit through:

The YTS Scheme is a scholarship opportunity for talented budding footballers to

study in reputable colleges in United States and in turn be part of the college
football team.
Those qualified for this program include Students who; are within the ages of 18-22
,have special skills in football and are willing to play for a college team in the U.S,
are willing to study in the United States
Intending applicants must also posses a minimum of SSCE certificate or its
equivalent qualification
The MLS League trials Program is for Nigerian Professional Footballers who are
willing to play for clubs at the United States MLS league.
Qualified candidates include those who are playing and willing to play professional
football in the United states but are presently not in any local club nor affiliated to
any club at the moment
They must be players not more than 27 years old and with not criminal records.
Laids Football Academy is a soccer school that specializes in grooming young
footballers in primary and secondary school.
It also offer professional coaching services to primary and secondary school football
team
Successful students in Laids Football academy automatically qualifies for the YTS
Scholarship and are also fit for MLS trials
Laids offers football Consulting services on both Local and international leagues
We organise and facilitate sporting events such as Inter school competition, Inter
house sport, Local Sport
We give Coaching, referee, Commentator services
We facilitate invitation of foreign scouts and both US and European Sport
personalities to events in Nigeria and other part sof Africa.

Upload a video of yourself in a major football match with major focus on your
performance. Post on Laids trial youtube channel and post the link in your bio
account
Videos will be sent to different partner colleges for assessment. Each individual is
assessed based on the information in the profile page and performance in the video
Each colleges will choose their most preferred players and selected players will be
contacted for exam and scholarship process

Selected Individuals will be required to write the S.A.T (An entrance exam to United
Examination

Admission
and
Scholarship

Travels

States Colleges and Universities) and choose their elected college(s) in the I20
form when applying for their US. Admission.

Successful students in S.A.T admission processes will be given preference for

Candidates will also be given scholarship that covers tuition and accommodation as
long as they remain in the school team

The college will provide all necessary documents and support needed to get
a Visa to travel to the United states and will be ready to receive you; first to
the school then the team at the beginning of the session

is assessed based on the information in the profile page and performance in the

Clubs will choose based on their need, conviction and speculation that the player in
question is not in any club yet and has not played in any professional league before

Selected Individuals will be invited for trials the United States

Needed travel documents and necessary support for getting a visa will be provided
by the club

Trials

Confirmation

Candidates will be tried on skills, health, drugs, character, content, fitness and so on.
