The Minnesota Twins are pleased to present the New Ballpark Seat Relocation
Guide. This guide will explain the process for selecting seats in the new ballpark to
current season ticket holders in the Metrodome. More specifically, it outlines how
you can activate your priority status and personally select your new ballpark seats.

Although the plan is designed to be easy to understand, it remains an enormous

undertaking to relocate our thousands of season ticket holders from one ballpark
to another in a fair and orderly manner. We’ve tried to anticipate and answer your
questions about the relocation process. We encourage you to thoroughly read all
parts of this guide to ensure you have a full understanding of the process and what
you need to do to secure your seats in Minnesota’s ballpark.

The Season Ticket Relocation Guide and Seat Selection Questionnaire are statements of general policy. They do not create contractual benefits or obligations or any legal rights whatsoever. The Minnesota Twins reserve
the right to amend or modify the relocation policy with or without notice to season ticket holders and to depart from the relocation policy in specific circumstances at the Twins’ sole discretion. Season ticket purchases are
subject to approval by the Twins and may be refused at their sole discretion. The Minnesota Twins have sole discretion in determining the account name of record, account longevity and plan type.

greetings Twins fans
The Capital of Twins Territory has a new address!

Admittedly, we here at the Minnesota Twins are extremely excited. The team is filled with young, electric players. Our new
ballpark is quickly taking shape. And now, we officially begin the process for selecting seats in the new park!

As you know, the new ballpark will not only be the premier sporting and entertainment venue in the Upper Midwest, it
will also be one of the most unique, spectacular parks in all of Major League Baseball. When the first pitch is thrown in
2010, you’ll be treated to baseball under the open sky with incredible views of downtown Minneapolis. Further, the park is
designed with architecture that gives off a distinctly Minnesota flavor, highlighted by a Minnesota limestone exterior and
Minnesota fir trees beyond the outfield fence. It will be unlike any other baseball experience in America.

Part of building the ultimate baseball experience is building the ultimate fan experience. So we studied other ballparks
across the country and then went to work building this park from the fan out. The new ballpark will feature a seating bowl
that will boast some of the best sightlines in baseball. Only 13,000 of the 40,000 seats will be located in the upper deck. The
high-definition video board will be a pleasure to watch. There are climate-protected areas, many club and restaurant areas,
an incredible variety of food options and concourses much wider than those in the Metrodome. Furthermore, the park will
be easily accessible by car, bus, train, bike or foot with large gathering areas to celebrate the best of Twins Territory.

As season ticket holders, you have already established priority status to secure seats in the new park. This guide will
provide all the information necessary to help you find the seating options that best fit your preferences. Whether you are
looking for full-season packages, partial-season packages or premium seating offerings, you will be introduced to all the
opportunities available to you. We have included many seating diagrams, maps of the new ballpark, as well as detailed
information about our many different ticket plans.

Like I said, these are truly exciting times in Twins Territory. This magnificent park will be a jewel of our community. And
this is your first step toward identifying your seating preferences for this great park. After reviewing all the information in
this guide, please complete the Seat Preference Questionnaire enclosed in the back pocket and return it in the enclosed
envelope by January 9, 2009. If you have any questions on the relocation process or on completing your questionnaire,
please contact the New Ballpark Services Team at 612-338-2010.
Fast Fact
Thank you, and we look forward to sharing these exciting times with you.
The high-definition scoreboard in the
Sincerely, ballpark will be approximately 50 feet
tall and 100 feet wide — making it one of
the largest scoreboards in Major League
Baseball and roughly three times the size
of the Metrodome Video Scoreboard.

Club seats
Champion’s Club
The Champion’s Club at the new ballpark is for those who expect only the best. These are indeed the finest seats in the
house. They begin with seating that is right on top of the action. The front row sits at field level just 45 feet from home
plate. When you consider the pitcher’s mound is 60 feet 6 inches from the batter, you’ll understand how truly unique and
incredible these seats are.

That, however, is only the beginning. The Champion’s Club seating comes with incomparable amenities. Members will
receive exclusive valet parking in a private area. The club area features all-inclusive dining, premium beverage selection
and extraordinary dessert and coffee service. There is complimentary in-seat food and beverage service. And a private
VIP entrance into the ballpark.

These seats are truly special. When you also consider there are only 400 of them, they become even more special.
Consider the Champion’s Club for you or your business today.

and after events.

Legend’s Club
Located within the infield skin is the Legend’s Club — exclusive seating with a beautiful, panoramic view of the playing
field. Legend’s Club members will enjoy incredible seats, while having full access to a 32,000-square-foot private club
with décor inspired by the greatest heroes of Twins Territory.

A generous host of features and benefits accompany these fantastic club seats. They start with seats on a cantilevered
deck over the main-level seating, placing them lower and closer to the action than any club level in the region. The view
will certainly be stunning. Members have access to weather-protected and climate-controlled dining, lounge and bar
areas. There are a large variety of upscale, diverse food and beverage selections. And members have the use of private,
upscale restrooms.

If you are looking for a unique, upscale experience befitting of baseball’s greatest, the Legend’s Club is an opportunity you
will not want to miss out on.

Metropolitan Club
The Metropolitan Club is an area designed exclusively for season ticket holders, with towering floor-to-ceiling windows
on three sides featuring incredible panoramic views of the field and city skyline.

The name takes a cue from our storied past, but this is an experience like nothing before seen in the state. The
Metropolitan Club is a unique way to enhance your game-day experience. There is outdoor patio seating that overlooks
the plaza. And there is an outdoor terraced seating area from which to watch the game. Season ticket holders will also
have access to the gourmet buffet and full-service bar and the use of private restrooms.

To remember the roots of the Twins’ first

ticket holders will be aptly named “The

SEASON TICKET relocation Philosophy
The relocation process has been designed to provide Twins season ticket holders with the best opportunity to secure their
ideal seating in what will be the premier sporting and entertainment venue in all of Minnesota.

The guiding philosophy in formulating the relocation process has been to reward our season ticket holders for their
loyalty. Therefore we have identified the primary factor defining an individual’s priority in the seat relocation from the
Metrodome to the new ballpark as account longevity.

We shaped this plan with input from other teams that have recently gone through this process, as well as through several
surveys and focus groups representing a diverse set of Twins season ticket holders. The outcome of this effort is a plan
we’re confident you will find is fair, reasonable and easy to understand.

There are three distinct sections to the guide that will provide the framework for the relocation process:

1. Seat Selection Priority — defines the parameters for the order in which seats will be selected in the new ballpark

2. Seat Selection Eligibility — outlines the seating areas and number of seats in the new ballpark from which each
season ticket account holder is eligible to choose

3. Seat Selection Process — explains how the seat selection process will unfold in order of priority

SEAT SELECTION PRIORITY

There are four factors that define an individual’s† season ticket priority. In order of importance these factors are:

1. Account Longevity — the number of uninterrupted years season ticket account status has been maintained through the
2009 season, with the first year of status being the first baseball season for which an account held the season ticket
2. Plan Type — the type of season ticket plan held as of the 2009 season (e.g., full-season plan, 41-game plan, 20-game
plan, Flex 40 plan, Cheap Seats Special plan*) with aligned accounts having priority over nonaligned accounts
a. A
ligned Plan Type — an account in which the 2009 plan type is identical to the desired 2010 plan type (e.g., full-season
plan in 2009 and 2010)
b. N
onaligned Plan Type — an account in which the 2009 plan type is not the same as the desired 2010 plan type
(e.g., 41-game plan in 2009 and full-season plan in 2010)
3. Account Dollar Value — the total value of a season account for the 2009 season
4. Order Date — the original date of season ticket purchase

SEAT SELECTION ELIGIBILITY
Season ticket holders in the new ballpark will find an incredible array of unique season ticket locations offering superior
views in a variety of seating areas and price ranges to help meet the needs of our diverse fan base.

Club Seating
The Champion’s Club and Legend’s Club in the new ballpark will provide the highest level of benefits and service for club
members and their guests. Among other amenities, these areas will include wider, more comfortable seats and will
provide exclusive access to climate-controlled club lounge areas.

Club seats are currently available for purchase to all existing season ticket holders, and may be purchased in addition to,
or in place of, traditional seat (nonclub) season ticket plans. If you would like to purchase club seats in the new ballpark or
learn more about these exclusive areas, please call our New Ballpark Services Team at 612-338-2010.

Traditional Seating
Nearly 90% of the seats in the new ballpark are designed as traditional seats. Season ticket holders will be able to choose
from more than a dozen season ticket areas, each of which will offer a unique and exciting baseball experience.

Quantity. The number of seats you hold as of the 2009 season will determine how many seats you may purchase in
the new ballpark. More specifically, you will have priority to purchase up to two times as many season tickets in the new
ballpark as you hold in the Metrodome as of Opening Day 2009 (up to a maximum of 12 seats). For example, if you wish to
purchase four season tickets in the new ballpark, then you must hold no fewer than two season tickets for the 2009 season.
Please note, of the total number of seats you are eligible to purchase, each account is limited to a maximum of six seats in
the Dugout Box seating level.

Plan Type. The plan type you hold in the 2009 season as well as the plan type you desire for the 2010 season will be
factors in determining when you select your seats. It is not necessary for your 2009 Metrodome and 2010 new ballpark plan
types to be the same; however, there is a benefit to aligning your season ticket plans. Within each plan type, season ticket
holders who have their plans aligned will select seats ahead of those whose 2009 and 2010 plan types are nonaligned.

The season ticket plans we will offer in the new ballpark are: Full-season (81 games), Half-season (40 games), and
20-game season tickets. It is important to note that in order to better manage our season ticket inventory, the current
41-game MVP season ticket plan will be changed to two 40-game plans beginning with the 2010 season.

Not all traditional plan types currently offered in the Metrodome will be available in the new ballpark. The chart on the next
page indicates for each Metrodome plan type the equivalent plan that will be available in 2010.

At the conclusion of the Relocation Guide, please review the Q & A section which provides answers to anticipated
questions and further clarifies the process.

As you consider your desired plan type and seating area for 2010, please note that similar to the Metrodome, certain
sections in the new ballpark will be reserved exclusively for full-season ticket accounts. Others will blend full and partial
plans with the lower rows being reserved for full-season ticket holders. The diagram on p. 14 outlines what seating
locations are available for each plan type.

Note: Season ticket holders must renew their season ticket plans prior to the established deadline for the 2009 season in order to maintain their new ballpark priority.
Failure to renew by the established deadlines may jeopardize an account’s established new ballpark priority and delay the account’s seat selection process.

Transportation & PARKING
Transportation to the ballpark includes light-rail transit, Northstar Commuter Rail, a Metro Transit bus hub at the ballpark site, and the
Cedar Lake Bike Trail. In future years additional transit lines, including the Central Corridor Light Rail Transit connecting downtown
Minneapolis and downtown St. Paul, will converge at the ballpark, making it one of the most accessible parks in professional sports.
There are 20,000 parking spots within five blocks of the ballpark including nearly 8,000 spaces in the A, B & C Ramps. Enhancements
to the A, B & C Ramps, largely to improve fan ingress and egress, will be completed in advance of the opening of the ballpark. Both A
and B Ramps offer direct connection to the ballpark via skyway or walkway, and are connected to the Minneapolis skyway system.

SEAT SELECTION PROCESS
Seat Selection Questionnaire
The seat selection process for traditional seat locations will begin when you submit your Seat Preference Questionnaire.
This questionnaire is located in the back pocket of this guide or can be downloaded from the season ticket holder website
located within twinsbaseball.com. Along with identifying your specific seating preferences, the questionnaire will ask you
to indicate the season ticket plan type and the number of seats you prefer to have in the new ballpark.

It is extremely important that you return your questionnaire by the January 9, 2009 deadline as we will begin creating
the seat selection priority database immediately after this date.

Once all questionnaires are collected, they will be sorted by the identified 2010 season ticket plan type. Within each plan
type, the accounts will be placed in order of account longevity. If more than one account has the same longevity within the
selected 2010 plan type group, the following tiebreakers will be employed until a rank order of each account is achieved:
2009 Plan Type (first tiebreaker), 2009 Account Value (2nd tiebreaker) and Original Order Date (3rd tiebreaker).

While it’s not expected to occur, if any ties remain between accounts, we will flip a coin to determine final priority.

Online Seat Selection Process

Because the ballpark will not be completed by the time the seat selection process begins, our season ticket holders
won’t be able to physically sit in seats to determine which seats they wish to purchase. However, we want our season
ticket holders to have as much autonomy in the seat selection process as possible. Therefore, we will be utilizing an online o h sa y can y o u s e e ?

view specific sections in the ballpark including a simulated view of the playing field from each seating area. You will be able
to see exactly which seats are available within any given section. When your turn to select seats begins, you will be able to
click on the specific seats that you want for the plan type you have selected, and they will appear in a shopping cart. You will
have the opportunity to review your selections, amend them if you desire, and then confirm and finalize your selection. The
online seat selection process provides you with an unparalleled degree of choice in determining your seat locations for the
new ballpark. We believe that you will find the process to be very user-friendly, exciting and enjoyable!

In priority order, we will provide you with an appointment time to go online to view and select from available seats in your
preferred plan type and ticket locations — as indicated on your Seat Preference Questionnaire. We will provide you with
sufficient notice regarding your seat selection appointment time to ensure that you can arrange your schedule accordingly
and take full advantage of your established priority. As the seat selection process nears, we will provide more specific
details regarding the process.

The seat selection process will be done on a plan-type-by-plan-type basis. Full-season ticket plan types (81 games) will
select their seats first, based on the seat assignment priority protocol. Once all season ticket holders who requested full-
season ticket plans in 2010 have selected their new ballpark seats, season ticket holders requesting 40-game ticket plans will
be allowed to select their seats in order of priority. Following that, seats for 20-game plans will be selected in priority order.
Note: Flex 40 account holders will be treated as if they have two 20-game plans for every Flex 40 plan held for the 2009 season.

Twins New Ballpark and Season Ticket
Relocation Q & A
Ballpark
Q: On what side will the Twins dugout be?
A: The first-base side.

Q: What side of the park will be shaded?

A: The sun will blanket the ballpark differently depending on the time of year and time of day. With home plate positioned in the
southwest corner of the ballpark, most of the sun will focus on the third-base side and the left and center field seating areas. If
the presence or absence of sun is important to your seat selection decision, we encourage you to view the time-lapse sun study
located at twinsbaseball.com/sunstudy.

Q: I would prefer to sit in an area beneath an overhang. Which specific areas of the ballpark are covered by an overhang?
A: There are several areas that are at least partially covered by sections cantilevered directly above them. Approximately
the top 10 rows of sections 107–122 and 124–126 are covered by the overhang from the club seating level. Every section in
the Left Field Bleacher seating level is covered by the overhang from the Home Run Porch Terrace and Home Run Porch
View, and all sections of the Pavilion seating area are covered by the Grandstand. Additionally, virtually all of the Home
Plate View, Skyline View and Field View sections are covered by the roof canopy at the top of the ballpark. When you select
your seats, you will see a notation for seats that are likely covered by an overhang. Overhangs will not necessarily shield
all seats from the sun as the sun’s angles vary with the time of day and time of year; therefore, overhangs will assist mostly
with protection should there be mild inclement weather.

priority will be ranked within all accounts that have also chosen to purchase 20-game plans in 2010. It’s important to note
that full-season locations will be selected first, followed by 40-game plan locations, then 20-game plan locations — each
in seating areas designated for their respective plan type. Because of this order, the 2006 season ticket holder will be
selecting seats prior to you; however, since different areas of the new ballpark are available to each plan type, the 2006
season ticket holder will not be selecting from seat locations available to 20-game plans. Similarly, a declared 20-game
plan holder for the 2010 season will not be selecting from seat locations designated for full-season ticket accounts.
Your 20-game plan seats will be selected ahead of all others who purchased season tickets after 1993 and who intend to
purchase 20-game plans in the new ballpark.

Q: What if I cancel my season tickets prior to or during the 2009 season?
A: Any accounts that either cancel or downgrade prior to or during the 2009 season may lose or compromise their new
ballpark priority and relinquish any new ballpark seat locations that have already been selected. Accounts must be renewed
and paid in full by the final 2009 renewal deadline and maintain their season ticket holdings throughout the 2009 season.

Q: What if I currently share season tickets but want my own season tickets at the new ballpark?
A: You must hold season tickets in your own name in order to have any new ballpark priority. Your priority date will be the
date you purchase season tickets in your own name.

Q: Can I transfer my account along with my priority status to another person or company?
A: No. In order to protect the integrity of the priority process and to be fair to all existing season ticket holders, new
ballpark priority is not transferable in any way.

Seat Selection Eligibility

Q: I currently have two 20-game plans but want to purchase four full-season tickets in the new ballpark. What are my
options?
A: You have two options: (1) Since you have two plans for the 2009 season, you are eligible to purchase up to four full-
season tickets for the new ballpark without changing either your 2009 plan type or number of seats. If you choose to retain
your two 20-game plans for the 2009 season, you will select your full-season tickets for the new ballpark within the
nonaligned group (see Timeline — 2nd selection group/Phase I). (2) The second option is to upgrade to a minimum of
two full-season tickets for the 2009 season. If you choose this option, you will select your full-season tickets for the new
ballpark within the aligned group (see Timeline — 1st selection group/Phase I). Both options allow you to select four full-
season tickets for the new ballpark; however, the second option, where you have aligned your 2009 and 2010 plan types,
will allow you to select your full-season tickets for the new ballpark earlier in the seat selection process.

Q: I have been a season ticket holder since 1991 and currently have two 20-game plans. I want to get two full-season
tickets in the new ballpark. Will I improve my priority by upgrading to two full-season plans for the 2009 season?
A: Yes. By aligning your 2009 and 2010 plan types, you will select your seat locations during the aligned portion of the seat
selection process for full-season tickets. Should you choose not to align your 2009 and 2010 plan types, you will still be eligible S t o n e i nsta l l at i o n

area for the 2009 season. If you select this option, your priority will be slightly affected, since the third factor that affects
priority is account dollar value.

Q: Is there a maximum to the number of tickets I can add to my account in 2009 in preparation for the 2010 season?
A: You may only add up to twice the number of seats for the 2009 season as you held in 2008.

Q: I currently have two full-season ticket plans and would like to purchase eight full-season plans in 2010. Is there an
option to purchase additional season tickets in 2010 without changing my current holdings?
A: You will have the opportunity to purchase additional season tickets (beyond the number for which you are eligible) in
the new ballpark at the conclusion of Phase I of the relocation process (see Timeline — 7th selection group/Phase I). You
must indicate the desire for additional tickets on the Seat Preference Questionnaire. All full, 40-game and 20-game season
ticket holders will select the seats for which they are eligible first (selection groups 1-6/Phase I). Following that, based on
the established priority protocol, you will have the opportunity to purchase additional tickets. Because your appointment
to secure additional tickets will be separate from the appointment for seats for which you are eligible, any additional seats
will be subject to what is available at that time.

Q: I currently have a Flex 40 season ticket plan which isn’t going to be offered in the new ballpark. What are my options?
A: One Flex 40 season ticket plan is equal to two 20-game season ticket plans in the priority model. If you choose to
renew your Flex 40 season ticket plan for the 2009 season, you are eligible to purchase up to four 20-game plans in the
new ballpark.

Q: I currently have two Cheap Seats Special season ticket plans which are not going to be offered in the new ballpark
and I have a priority date of 2007. What are my options?
A: If you wish to take full advantage of your existing new ballpark priority status, the best course of action is to align your
2009 plan type with the ticket plan type you wish to have in the new ballpark. If you choose not to purchase a qualifying
season ticket plan for the 2009 season, you will be seated just ahead of 2010 deposit accounts (see Timeline — 9th
selection group/Phase II).

Q: What do I need to do if I have any physical needs that must be accommodated?

A: Our fans that have special seating needs will be pleased to know that the new ballpark will provide many more
ADA-specific seating options than the Metrodome. Please be sure to note your needs on the Seat Preference Questionnaire
so we can do our best to accommodate you.

ballpark is Chicago’s Wrigley Field.
A: Only full-season ticket plan holders will receive their specific seats for the home opener as part of their ticket package.
Partial-season ticket plans (40-game and 20-game plans) will not include the home opener in their package; HOWEVER,
they will have the opportunity to purchase tickets for the home opener prior to any public on-sale. We will likely limit the
purchase to one home opener ticket for each partial-season ticket plan owned. 40-game season ticket holders will have
priority over 20-game season ticket holders for Opening Day tickets. Other restrictions may apply.

Q: How will postseason tickets be handled for season ticket holders in the new ballpark?
A: All 2010 season ticket holders will have priority to purchase postseason tickets. Full-season ticket plan holders in
traditional seats will have the option to purchase postseason ticket strips for their specific seat locations. Partial-season
ticket plan holders (40-game and 20-game plans) will not receive the option to purchase postseason ticket strips for the
same seats that they have during the regular season. HOWEVER, they will have the opportunity to purchase postseason
ticket strips prior to any public on-sale. We will likely limit the purchase to one postseason ticket strip for each season
ticket plan owned. 40-game season ticket holders will have priority over 20-game season ticket holders for postseason
seat locations. Other restrictions may apply. Bonus ticket strips for the postseason will likely be reduced or completely
eliminated due to the anticipated increase in season ticket holders combined with the smaller capacity of the new ballpark.

Q: I have already purchased club-level season tickets for the new ballpark and will not be purchasing traditional season
tickets. Do I need to complete and return the Seat Preference Questionnaire?
A: No. If you will definitely not be purchasing traditional season tickets, you do not need to complete the Seat Preference
Questionnaire. However, if you are unsure about whether or not you will be purchasing traditional season tickets, we
strongly recommend you complete and return the questionnaire by the January 9, 2009 deadline. This will ensure that you
preserve the option to purchase traditional season tickets and take full advantage of your established new ballpark priority.

Seat Selection Process

Q: Why can’t the Twins simply assign me — and everyone else — the same seat locations we have at the Metrodome?
A: The Metrodome was designed as a multipurpose facility. The new ballpark is a baseball-specific ballpark designed with
enhanced sightlines and amenities, including wider seats and more legroom. Because of this, seating sections in the new
ballpark will generally have fewer rows and fewer seats per row relative to the Metrodome. These types of fundamental
differences are numerous and as a result there are no precisely “equivalent” or “comparable” seats.

Q: I plan to purchase multiple season ticket plan types in the new ballpark. Assuming I’m eligible to do so, how do I do this?
A: The Seat Preference Questionnaire is the vehicle you use to convey your preferences. One questionnaire should be
completed for each season ticket plan type you intend to purchase. For example, if you intend to purchase two full-season
ticket plans and two 40-game ticket plans, you will need to complete two separate questionnaires. All questionnaires for
each season ticket holder must be submitted together by January 9, 2009.

Q: Another season ticket holder and I would like our seats next to one another in the new ballpark. Is this possible?
A: Yes. Both of you will need to indicate this request on your respective Seat Preference Questionnaires. Your seat
selection appointments will be based on the account with the lesser priority.

Q: What happens if I intend to purchase season tickets in the new ballpark but do not return a completed questionnaire by
the due date?
A: The relocation process is a very long and involved process and requires that we maintain a strict schedule in order to
reseat thousands of season ticket accounts. As a result, it is very important that you adhere to all deadlines associated with

celebrate the great tradition of amateur
baseball in communities all across Q: If I will be selecting my own seat locations, why is it necessary for me to complete and return a detailed Seat Preference
Twins Territory. Questionnaire?
A: There are several key pieces of information we need to obtain from the Seat Preference Questionnaire in order to
facilitate the seat selection process. First and foremost, we need to know the plan type and number of seats you plan to
purchase for the new ballpark. We also need to know whether you want to sit next to another specific season ticket holder.
These pieces of information are critical to determining the specific time of your seat selection appointment. In addition,
we need to know whether you require wheelchair-accessible seating. There are also a number of questions pertaining to
specific seat location preferences. While these will not define or limit what seats are available to you at the time of your
seat selection appointment, the information will help us in assisting you with your seat selection in the event that you opt to
work directly with one of our New Ballpark Services Team members.

Q: What if I decide after submitting my Seat Preference Questionnaire that I want a different season ticket plan?
A: This new ballpark relocation packet is designed to provide you all the information you require to make an informed
decision regarding your new ballpark seat preferences. In an effort to not rush this important decision, the questionnaire
deadline (January 9, 2009) provides you nearly four months to thoroughly review this packet and weigh the opportunities
before we ask you to make your final new ballpark seating decisions. The relocation process is a very long and involved
process and requires that we maintain a strict schedule in order to reseat thousands of season ticket accounts. As a result,
we will be unable to accommodate any changes during the seat selection process.

Q: What if for some reason I am not able to or do not wish to select my own seat locations using the online seat selection
process?

24

MNT80012-RelocationGuide 25 8/27/08 5:04:52 PM

A: The online seat selection process is very straightforward and easy to navigate. However, if you would like assistance in
selecting your seats, you have two options: (1) A member of our New Ballpark Services Team can schedule a teleconference
with you for the predetermined date and time of your selection appointment. The New Ballpark Services Team member will
be able to walk you through the selection process, or, if you’d prefer, actually make the selection on your behalf. (2) You may
opt to schedule an in-person visit at a to-be-determined location at the Metrodome. A New Ballpark Services Team member
will be able to assist you with selecting a seat location, utilizing the same online seat selection process.

Q: May I visit the seat selection website in advance of my predetermined selection appointment, in order to familiarize
myself with the website and process?
A: Absolutely! We encourage you to visit the website often prior to your selection date so you are prepared to make a
quick and informed seat selection decision during your appointment. We will also provide you with an online, step‑by‑step
tutorial, as well as an online instructional video, that will walk you through the seat selection process. We are very
confident that you will find the online seat selection process both easy to understand and to utilize. We will notify you when
these online tools become available.

Q: I am not very computer-savvy and am concerned about selecting my own seats using the online seat selection tool.
What can I do to become more comfortable with my own ability to successfully select my own seats online?
A: We will be providing you with several tools that will allow you to familiarize yourself with the online seat selection
process prior to your selection date. You will have access to the online site sometime in early spring of 2009. Since the seat
selection process will not begin until May 2009, you will have plenty of time to log in and navigate through the site. You may
view the online instructional video and tutorial as many times as you like to ensure that you feel comfortable with how the
process works. We also encourage you to call our New Ballpark Services Team hotline (612-338-2010) with any questions
about the seat selection process and website. A member of our New Ballpark Services Team will be more than happy to
walk you through the tutorial and instructional video, and to answer any questions you may have about the relocation process.

Q: What if I miss my designated seat selection appointment?

A: You may select seats at any time after your designated appointment. However, you will not be taking full advantage of
your established priority if you do not select seats during your designated appointment time. You will receive a reminder
e-mail about your selection date and time one week prior to your appointment, and again one day prior to your selection
appointment. A member of our New Ballpark Services Team will contact you if you have not made a seat selection within
24 hours of your selection appointment.

Q: How will I know the exact moment when my selection appointment begins?
A: In advance we will provide you with a log-in and password to access the seat selection website. There will be a
countdown clock that will list the number of days, hours, minutes and even seconds remaining until your specific selection Fast Fact
appointment time. When that countdown clock reaches zero, you will see a message stating your selection appointment
has begun, and you may select your seats at that time. Minnesota’s new ballpark features just
13,000 upper-level seats — compared to
more than 32,000 upper-level seats in
the Metrodome.
