Human rights may be on going attempt to define human dignity and worth
and to design of human rights culture in future for society. The concept of
human rights tells a detailed feature of basic dignity and worth of the human
being fundamental entitlements. The rejection of human rights and
fundamental freedoms not only is an individual and personal infringement
but, also creates conditions of social and political dissatisfaction showing the
root of violence and conflict within and society and nations. U.N.O, laid down
stress for the protection of human rights permanently, although the idea of
human rights predates the United Nations.
Human
rights
and
fundamental freedom allow us to develop fully and use our human qualities,
our intelligence, and our conscience and to satisfy our spiritual and other
needs.
Human rights have not much develop
in India. Human rights deals with the basic rights or fundamental rights of
every people. Every people should be aware about his right, as like what are
our rights? And how to use these rights. Our constitution also gives
fundamental or basic rights but, 50% people of India are not aware or know
about their rights.
According to Dharma, Artha, Kama and moksha ensure and promote a
cluster of human rights like as , Right to Happiness, Right to Equality, Right
to Education, Right to protection and, Right to social security.
Idea and Ethos of Human rights: The Idea that human rights as human is
a staple of contemporary world politics. International conventions, both
global and regional, state at length and in relation to a large member of
rights. People speaking for states proclaim it. The idea of human rights is not
an obvious one, we should begin with an attempt to make clear. We start
with the idea of rights and try to identified how differentiate about human
rights, then move to the rights that are typically held to be human rights .
The United Nations came into existence on 24 October 1945, when the UN
charter had been ratified by a majority of the original 51 Member states. This
day is celebrated as United Nations day all around the world. The purpose of
the United nations is to bring all nations together to work for peace and
development, based on principles of justice, human dignity and the wellbeing of all people. It affords the opportunity for countries to balance global

interdependence and national interests when addressing international


problems. There are currently 193 members of the united nations.
