DAY 1 NOTES:

Line Cone work:


-Use 6 or 8 cones
-Down and Back counts as 1 Rep

Rapid Stationary Scissors:


-Use a partner or a Wall to bounce the ball off of
- Dribble 3 times upon the catch of the ball, all scissors. Once you complete this 10
times on each hand, that will count as 1 Rep.
