Snake

8th Period

At the beginning of the story, the story started in a place called the Cagzhen Temple.
The main character, Seh, is spying on Grandmaster and Mong, the chief bandit. As you go
further, Seh meets NgGung, which means Centipede in Cantonese. The Cangzhen and
Shaolin Temple are destroyed by Yings army. His army soon follows Seh to the bandit
hideout. As he is there he finds that his brothers are threats too. Fao, one of Sehs brother, and

Seh find out that a person named Bing has something to do with Faos father. Seh and the
gang go to Kaifeng and found out the Hoks, Sehs sister, mom is Bing.

Seh has many different internal & external characteristics. Seh has the power to
identify chi, which is something that every moving life form has. He also has the gift of
obedience. One of his physical features is that he has green eyes. The book tells that when
Seh is breathing slowly his body compresses like a snake (Seh means Snake in Cantonese)
.
The theme that I chose for Snake is think before you act. I chose this theme
because Seh had given 2 of the 4 dragon scrolls to AnGungseh. Later he found out that
AnGungseh has working for TongLong. (Just to give you a hint: TongLong was Yings
second in command but when Ying was arrested for criminal acts TongLong became captain,)
