DOB Format dd/mm/yyyy (Do not write DOB followed by the date in brackets, Just mention
your date of birth)
Keep bullet points within one line wherever possible. No full stops after bullet points
Do not press enter if a given point exceeds the line. Please use insert rows for adding content

Year should be written for every point you mention and should be of the following format
2012-13. This is valid even for the Education Details
Align all Subheadings, keep the square bullet, do not change the format
Row width : 19.63 cm
Row height:
o Grey rows: 0.5 cm
o Other rows: 0.43 cm
Academic Profile:
o The Marks should be up to two decimal places in case of cgpa (8.36/10) and upto 1
decimal places in case of percentages (90.8%)
o Branch & Degree info should be standardized (Refer to the List of Abbreviation given)
o Mention the board (CBSE, UP Board) after your school name
o No dots in Abbreviations (CBSE, ICSE, ISC)
Awards & Achievements (academic, B-school competitions, etc.) should be listed in order of
relevance or priority
Work experience, academic projects, live projects, certifications, and PORs should be in
reverse chronological order with the latest point first
o Modify the heading: Projects, Internships and Certifications. Mention any certifications
that you have done under this instead of adding it to others
International Exposure: If applicable, elaborate the same otherwise delete the tab
Position of Responsibility: Position should be in bold and in bullets. Should be one line. Each
sub-point must be included with a hyphen, as illustrated:
Elected Member, XYZ Committee
- Acted as a liaison for XYZ

Extra-Curricular Activities - activities boxes can be in any order based on whichever you want to
highlight more, however within a subheading the points should be in reverse chronological
order
Please do not change the format or resize the tables/cells in the CV template
