reinstatement of planholders' Pre-Need Plans.

Public Advisory indicating the list of planholders per

Danvil database for verification.

The lnsurance Commission is exploring all possible options in order to

maximize the amounts and benefits that will be paid to planholders.

e.

The trust fund of the company is intact with the trustee banks and shall
only be withdrawn exclusively for purposes of paying benefits of
planholders.
