In pulling together this portfolio it is difficult to know which projects to show and which to omit,
this is just a choice of many projects I could have shown.

NEW BUILD APARTMENTS London

To be constructed on the site of a former college (to be demolished) with part of the college retained for
conversion into a centre for people with learning difficulties.
I produced all design and drawings for the Planning application that took three years
of hard work to gain from the local Council.

BARN CONVERSION IN A CONSERVATION AREA - Cumbria

NEW BUILD HOUSING - Lancashire

A development of terraced houses in timber frame construction with stone and rendered blockwork
external finish.
I produced all building regulations drawings, construction details, schedules for doors and windows, lintols
and cills.
External and landscaping details for this banked site adjacent to a brook.

CHURCH ANNEXE Carlisle

A large annexe to an existing RC Church. I produced all building regulations drawings and Tender package drawings.
All schedules and specifications.
The project was successfully completed and is now in full employ.

CONVERSION OF OLD FARMHOUSE Cumbria

Situated in an area of outstanding natural beauty this farmhouse had not been altered since the late 1800's.
I produced all planning and building regulations drawings.

The historic rebuilding of Grape Lane in York, North Yorkshire.

Under the guidance of Dr. Roger Wools I worked as part of a small team
detailing and producing
working drawings for Planning, Building Regulations and Tender purposes.

The Maltings is in the centre of Hull, North Yorkshire and is the site of the
former Hull Brewery.
I headed up the Design Team responsible for the redevelopment and
Refurbishment of old and forgotten buildings into a mixed use site.
Offices, Hotel, Bar, Health Club.
The scheme was well received and won an award.

Meadowhall was built on the site of a former Steel Works in Sheffield. Working
For Chapman Taylor of London I was part of a team responsible for the
external
works.
I designed and produced all drawings for the tender and construction of the
long
Covered walk, escalators, lift enclosures and car park treatments.
Also a pedestrian bridge that spanned the River Don.
