Our team at Vital Rehabilitation is excited to announce that we have

successfully transitioned what was formerly known as the Center of Balance
physical therapy services in Edgebrook to Vital Rehabilitation at 6445 N. Central
Ave. We have hired the previous employees of the Center of Balance into our
growing company and added a new clinic manager, Frank Sowa, PT, DPT, whose
biography is attached. Also new at this location we are now offering
occupational, hand, and speech therapy.
Over the last 20 years Vital has expanded to 8 locations and employs over
120 professionals. Our areas of expertise in Physical Therapy include:
