ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT FOR CY 2014


PERSONNEL SECTION
I. Introduction
The Human Resource Management Office (Personnel) supports the overall quality of
basic education by hiring highly competent teaching and non-teaching personnel and to
promote and improve their employment and career opportunities which enable them to
contribute in the success of the organization - the DepEd organization.
II. Objectives
1. To hire highly competent teaching and non teacher personnel.
2. To provide opportunities as well as to attract more people with proper qualifications for the
filling up of newly created and/or natural vacancies for teaching and non-teaching positions.
3. To provide technical assistance for professional development and career management for all
personnel.
III. Highlights of Accomplishment
The Division of Quezon were given Four Hundred Seventy Nine (479) Newly Created
Teacher I positions for Fy 2014 which were already filled up to wit:
Elementary Level
Secondary Level

192 positions
287 positions

Aside from Teaching Positions, DepEd Quezon were also allocated 82 Non-Teaching
Positions FY 2014. Seventy-seven of the items were filled.

With regards to reclassification of items, promotion and natural vacancies, the Division
filled up 1214 for Teacher I positions, Teacher II, Teacher III, Master Teacher I, Head Teachers,
and Principals to wit:
