500 grams pie crust ( 17.6 oz)
Filling 1: 3 eggs
1 cup (2 dl) yogurt
1 cup oil
1 cup sparkling water
1 cup of wheat flour
1 tablespoon of baking powder
Filling 2: 200 grams of cow cheese (7 oz)
300 g boiled chopped spinach(10.5 oz)
Lets make the filling I:
We mix 3 eggs with mixer and we add: 1 cup of yogurt, 1 cup of oil, 1
cup of sparkling water, 1 cup of wheat flour and baking powder and
1/2 teaspoon salt.
Lets make the filling II: 200 grams of crushed cheese, add spinach
(I used frozen, previously Unfreeze and drain well of the water) and
add 3 tablespoons of the mixture from the first filling. Add salt to
taste and mix well.

Taking one crust, apply 2 tablespoons of the first filling and with a
brush cover up the whole crust with the first filling, we put over
another crust, and again apply the filling, at the edge of the crust we
put in line from the second filling from cheese and spinach and wrap
into a roll.
So we do with all the crusts. With the remaining of the first filling we
coat the twisted rolls and put it to bake.
The Pie we bake at 200 degree (392 F) until it gets a golden yellow
