Introduction:
As a part of HRM project, we will be analyzing the best HR/IR practices of a local
service company by the name Prasha Solutions Pvt. Ltd. Based in New Delhi.
Review of Study:
Prasha Solutions is one of Indias leading manpower consulting and Recruitment
Company. It is a forum where employers, placement agencies and job seekers can
exchange information, quickly, effectively and inexpensively. Jobshapers which is a
web presence of Prasha Solutions Private Limited caters to following functionalities:
advertise for a job, search for a job, browse through resumes, place your resume
and visit other Indian and International career sites. Its one stops information about
jobs and careers in India and abroad.
They have served several leading MNC as their clients and have won awards from
the likes of WNS, Aon Hewitt, Convergys and etc.
Objectives:
The key objectives of this project would be to identify the existing HR/IR practices
within Prasha Solutions, analyze them and recommend new practices accordingly.
Methodology:
We will be actively communicating with Prasha Solutions via emails, phone calls,
Skype and etc. to know about their practices and ask for feedbacks from various
sources probably their Employees, Managers and Clients.
Conclusion:
As of now according to Prasha Solutions their practices are such that the company is
correctly positioned to address any kind of HR requirement - Indian or Global - in
manpower consulting, recruitment and HR business. They are driven by highest
standards of quality, integrity, trust and commitment, while providing quality
professional services. They are also sensitive to their client's requirements and keep
their interest foremost in all the numerous industry segments which they serve.
