SYNOPSIS

The project entitled Administration Information System for cool collection apparel is a
system for automating the marketing and billing system of the apparel store. This system keeps
the information related to the management of the apparel store. These include stock, sale and
purchase information, current business status or business status of certain period, billing system,
etc. This project mainly focuses on easing the daily tasks of apparel store. This project is the
combination of database management system, management information system and local
networking.
The system has been designed to store the data needed for the above mentioned scheme
and meets all required computations. The System has been developed to satisfy the needs. The
entire system is menu associated and highly interactive. The system has been designed to send
SMS to customer for wedding wishes, birthday wishes, requires statement and general. The
system provides maximum flexibility to the user. All validity checks are taken care by the system
during data entry. The various reports in various fields can be easily generated. Thus it will
provide more option for analysing the process and results.
