Definisi
Obstruksi Usus adalah : Penyumbatan

sebagian atau seluruhnya dari usus yang

disebabkan oleh obstruksi mekanik atau
fungsional dari usus yangg mengakibatkan
gagalnya isi usus untuk melewati.
Obstruksi Mekanik dibagi menjadi :
- Obstruksi usus halus
- Obstruksi usus besar

Manifestasi
15 % dari kasus obstruksi
Penyebabnya termasuk kanker usus ,

volvulus, divertikulitis, serta fecal impaction

Manifestasi : nyeri perut hebat , jika nyeri
terus menerus kemungkinan terjadi iskemia
usus atau perforasi.
