sau cn thn v chc chn hiu tt c cc hng dn trc khi lp t, kt ni v cu
hnh thit b Softstarter (khi ng mm) ny.
Hng dn ny l 1 bn hng dn tm lc nhanh chng v d dng ci t thit
b khi ng mm PSE. Bn hng dn hon chnh c ti www.abb.com/lowvoltage

2. M t
Thit b khi ng mm PSE l sn phm da trn b vi x l v thit k vi cng ngh
mi nht cho vic khi ng mm, khi ng dng, s tm dng mm m t lng sc tiu
chun

Thit b khi ng mm PSE c 3 dng kch thc khc nhau c thit k lp t
vi Bu lng M6 hoc bu long vi s tng t v kch thc v sc bn
a) Xc nh chnh xc bn v vi kch thc cho thit b khi ng mm (xem minh
ha hnh 3 trang 176 quyn hng dn)
b) Sot li k k hoch khoan l trn thit b (xem minh ha hnh 4 trang 178 quyn
hng dn)
c) Khi ng dng nu ci t thit b khi ng mm vo trong v hp my, hy m
bo rng kch thc ca v khng c nh hn kch thc ti thiu khuyn co.

d) Kim tra khong cch vi tng v mt trc ca thit b ti nhng vt dng khc
cng nh vic lp t theo gc ng theo yu cu

Sn phm ny c gia cng cn thn v kim tra nhng c nhng ri ro c th gy
h hi t vn chuyn v bo qun. Do nhng phng thc sau cn c lm theo
trong qu trnh thit t

6. Phn ci t

Ch : tt c cc khi ng mm PSE u phi c cu hnh theo thng s, mc thc t ca


ng c (motor). Bi ng c cn c kt ni in line (theo dng, ng trc- xem li mc 4.
Kt ni ,do cn t thng s, mc hin ti ng vi gi tr thng s, mc ca ng c
(motor). S dng chui hnh ng sau thay i thng s ny (Ie):
a) T mn hnh cp hin th thng tin, bm phm la chn (select) a mn hnh
vo cp ci t. (Xem minh ha 15 A trong quyn ti liu trang 191)
b) Bm la chn (select) 1 ln na chnh sa thng s ca Ie . iu ny c ch dn
bng gi tr nhp nhy, (xem minh ha 15B trong quyn ti liu trang 191)
Information (thng tin): khi ci t ti gii hn hin ti ca dng, v ban u/ kt thc
(initial/end) in p. Cn cnh gic rng dng bt u hin hnh phi ln cho ng c

d) Khi ci t xong mc ca dng ca ng c (motor) th nhn nt chn (select) lu

e) Nu cn thit, tip tc ci t li thng s lp li theo nhng bc trn
