    This is please to inform, we had schedule concrete work on 5 th July 2014 at
    Kollupitiya site (SKMV project) and hope to start around 1800 hrs. For this we
    would like to purchase ready-mix concrete from your company under agreed rate
    of Rs, 13,400/= (without VAT & NBT) per m 2. Required details of concrete as
    follows,
    1. Concrete volume (Grade 30N/ Slump 180 mm)
    2. Slump apparatus are required with technician

    50 m3

    to fulfill our requirement.
