AN ACT
To extend the powers of the Board for the
Protection of the Aborigines.
[19th October 1910]

BE it enacted by the Kings Most Excellent Majesty by and with the


advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative
Assembly of Victoria in this present Parliament assembled and by the
authority of the same as follows (that is to say) :
1. This Act may be cited as the Aborigines Act 1910 and shall
be read and construed as one with the Aborigines Act 1890, which Act
and this Act may be cited together as the Aborigines Acts.
2. Notwithstanding anything contained in the Aborigines Act
1890 the Board in addition to any powers conferred upon it with regard
to half-castes may if it thinks fit and subject to the approval of the
Minister exercise in the case of any half-caste all or any of the powers
conferred on the Board with regard to aboriginals by the said Act or
any regulation thereunder.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the above
