HIGH POTENTIAL INCIDENT WITH DIVERS AT RIG
O QUE ACONTECEU:
WHAT HAPPENED:
Um bell man, ao levar uma ferramenta para um mergulhador, que estava a uma distncia de 10m do
sinete, apresentou um quadro clnico tpico de narcose, sendo que por desorientao, o mesmo
desceu at a profundidade de cinquenta metros. Aps o supervisor perceber os sintomas, solicitou que
o mergulhador principal o resgatasse. Retornando profundidade de 35m, o bell man voltou a se sentir
bem e no apresentou nenhum sintoma.
A bell man while taking a tool to a diver, who was 10m away from the dive bell, presented a clinical
symptoms of narcosis and because of disorientation, he went down to the depth of fifty meters. After
the supervisor notice the symptoms he asked the main diver to rescue him. Returning to the depth of
35m, the bell man felt good again and did not presented any symptoms.

Comunicar aos supervisores qualquer desconforto fsico antes do incio das atividades.
Report to the supervisor any physical discomfort before starting the activities.

NO INICIE A JORNADA DE TRABALHO SEM QUE SINTA-SE P LENAMENTE APTO!

DONT START THE WORKING HOURS IF YOU ARE NOT FEELING COMPLETELY ABLE!
