ACCIDENT WITH INJURY OCCURRED IN PLSV
O QUE ACONTECEU:
WHAT HAPPENED:
Aps apoiar, de maneira instvel, 4 vigas em bancada na oficina mecnica dos ROVs, o empregado
esbarrou em uma delas, fazendo com que cassem no cho. A extremidade de uma das vigas atingiu o
p de outro colaborador que estava ao lado, causando fratura do dedo mnimo.
After supporting, erratically, 4 girders on the repair shop worktop of the ROV, the worker stumbled into one of
them, causing them to fall on the floor. The end of one of the girders hit the foot of another worker who was beside
it, causing a fracture of the little finger.

A atividade no foi realizada levando-se

em conta o risco de queda devido ao
apoio das vigas de maneira instvel.
The activity was not performed taking into
account the risk of falling due to the support of
the girders being unstable.

A equipe no foi devidamente instruda

sobre a forma correta de se apoiar as
peas.
The staff was not properly instructed on the
correct way to support the parts.

Melhorar o planejamento das atividades com foco nos riscos e superviso nos locais de trabalho;
Improve the planning of activities with focus on risks and supervision in the workplace;

Treinar a fora de trabalho na forma correta de manusear, armazenar e apoiar peas de forma
estvel, que evite sua queda.
Train the workforce in the correct way to handle, store and support parts stably in order to prevent their fall.
