O QUE ACONTECEU:
WHAT HAPPENED:
Durante alinhamento (spooling) de cabo em guincho, o trabalhador subiu em sua base para fazer o
ajuste inicial do cabo e quando o mesmo comeou a recolher, a castanha girou junto com o tambor,
prensando o seu p causando lacerao.
During wire spooling in winch, the worker climbed on his base to make the initial adjustment of the wire and when
he began to recover it, the chock turned along with the drum, crushing his foot causing laceration.

Falta de instrues claras de segurana

WHAT WE SHOULD DO TO AVOID:

Realizar verificao das protees das partes mveis de equipamentos que possam gerar
pensamento ou impacto ao operador;
Check the protections of the moving parts of equipment that may cause crushing or impact to the operator;

Treinar o pessoal designado nos procedimentos de utilizao dos equipamentos rotativos e/ou
alternativos de forma segura;
Train the staff designated in the procedures for the use of rotating and/or alternative equipment safely;

VERIFIQUE A EXISTNCIA E MANTENHA-SE AFASTADO DE QUALQUER PARTE

MVEL/ROTATIVA DE EQUIPAMENTOS AO UTILIZ-LOS!
CHECK THE EXISTENCE AND STAY AWAY FROM ANY MOVING/ROTATING PART OF EQUIPMENT WHEN
USING IT!
