    Case Analysis

    Marks- 10
    The following cases have to be analysed and submitted groupwise. Two groups will be assigned a case.
    Both the groups have to independently analyse the case and prepare for a class presentation. The case
    analysis should include the following:
    1. Introduction to the case (Business situation and Background information that is necessary for
    the case analysis can be brought here)
    2. Problem Identification and description (Identify the managers dilemma/problems in the case)
    3. Develop alternatives for each of the issue.
    4. Evaluate each alternatives pros and cons.
    5. Based on the evaluation in step 4 and your arguments, provide recommendations to the
    manager for the appropriate course of action.
