The Importance of
Learning Good Manners
Through Jumpstart the students will learn the
importance of good manners:

Saying please and thank you

With this easy yet fun exercise, students can learn
proper behavioral skills for everyday life.
As the teacher I will have the students read through
each behavior listed on the activity sheet and then
discuss what they believe and have read about
amongst their fellow classmates.
Then we will discuss manners as a class and have
the students act out (role play) what its like to have
good manners.

have them watch two short videos about good
manners.
At the end of each video I will talk to the kids
about each situation and have them self reect
by discussing what they have learned.
