IhavewrittentoRizalLibrarytoexpressmyconcernsontheBlueCard(thecontents,Ihaveattachedherewith).
Ihavesuggestedthat,ifitwouldnotbepossibletopostponerequiringthatprintingservicesbepaidforwiththe
BlueCard,DSWSandRizalLibrarymayatleastcomeupwithawaytoloanBlueCardstothestudentbody.
MysuggestiontotheDepartmentisthatitmayforthemeantimewhilenegotiationswiththestudentbodyare
yettobeheld,allowstudentstoloanBlueCards,andstudentscouldloaditupthemselves,sothattheyneed
payforonlytheirprintingexpensesandnotthe100pesocostofeachBlueCard.
DSWSmighthavebetteralternativestothisidea(Ihighlysuspectthereare).Themainobjectisthat,while
negotiationsarestilltobeheld,studentsbenotrequiredtopayforthe100pesos,as,itmay,asIhavestatedin
theletterattachedherewith,setabadprecedent.
