Re: Denial of Access to FBI Space
Dear Mr. Rambo,
As you know, you were previously approved to work on an FBI project or contract. A
Request for Access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) was submitted on
your behalf by the Operational Technology Division. Information developed during
processing of the SCI request has indicated that you are not suitable for continued
contract employment with the FBI.
Contract personnel, just like regular FBI employees, are required to maintain ongoing
suitability standards for accessing FBI space, information and information technology
systems.
This is to advise you that you no longer meet those standards and you are being denied
access to FBI space, information and technology systems effective immediately. This
does not constitute action against your security clearance, only access to FBI space and
information systems.
