General Rules

Employees are required to wear an athletic shirt and shorts/ pants to work. Shorts/pants
can be yoga pants, sweat pants, athletic shorts.
Shirts must be athletic shirts and/or T-shirts. They can be sleeveless, but must be full
length. (No cropped shirts)
Wear closed-toed sneakers to work.
All employees must wear a piece of clothing with the Warrior logo/name, which can be a
shirt, sweatshirt, or pants/shorts.
Employees are allowed to have medium to small tattoos on their arms or legs, but if the
tattoo is large or inappropriate, it should be covered. No tattoo on head, neck.
Employees cannot wear piercings anywhere in the workplace for safety reasons.
Long hair must be tied back, for safety reasons.
No hats or sunglasses (unless you have cleared this with the manager) are allowed while
working in the store, however, they may be worn in the rest area.

Personal Items
1.) All bags must be stored in the assigned locker in the rest area.
2.) Phones, water bottles, and personal healthcare items may be kept with an
employee if
they choose.
3.) Employees are not allowed to bring a weapon of any kind into the workplace, but they may
keep a weapon under lock and key in their vehicle.
4.) Warrior batting cage is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

Tobacco Use
WE DO NOT ALLOW OUR EMPLOYEES TO SMOKE, DRINK PROFUSELY, OR
DO DRUGS OF ANY KIND.

Special Days
1.) Every employee gets 2 days off every month, but you must notify a superior 2 days before the
day off so the manager may create the work schedule.
2.) Days off will be given on national holidays, such as Christmas, Thanksgiving, Presidents
Day, Easter, etc.
3.) If you have a medical issue that keeps you from working, please inform the manager.

Work Hours
1.) THERE WILL BE NO WORK ON SUNDAYS.
2.) Each employee must work 1-2 shifts every day, (except Sunday) which will be decided
between you and the manager.
3.) Shifts will be four hour interments.
4.) The store hours are from 8 o clock a.m. to 9 oclock p.m.
5.) During your shift, you will either be a cashier, an instructor, or doing small jobs around the
business.
6.) When you arrive at the store, please clock in and record the time on which you arrived.
Perform the same procedure as you leave the store.

Pay
1.) Workers will be paid 10 dollars an hour, plus 20 dollars a day.
2.) Employees will be paid at the end of the week, during their last shift.
3.) We cannot be held responsible if you lose your pay check.

Food and Drinks

1.) Food and Drinks are not allowed in the store, but may be consumed in the rest area.
2.) Alcoholic drinks are not allowed anywhere on Warrior property.
3.) Instructors may bring water into the store as long as it is sealed when not being drunk.
4.) If an accident occurs, please clean up after yourself.
5.) Energy drinks are allowed.
6.) Food may be purchased within the store, but must be eaten in the designated area.

Offenses
1.) If an employee breaks any of our stores rules, there will be consequences.
2.) Each worker has five chances on every rule, but there are exceptions.
3.) You have 2 chances at the Tobacco Use rule, because we do not want a bad influence on our
customers. (see page 3).
4.) Less serious issues may be given more chances, but will not be tolerated.
a. First offense: Discussion with superior.
b. Second offense: warning from manager, and the offense will be written down.
c. Third offense: Another warning accompanied by a discussion, and the offense will be written
down.
d. Fourth offense: A work week of suspension without pay.
e. Fifth offense: You will be released from your position at Warrior batting cage.
5.) Once released, you earn the full pay of that week, and you must clean out all of your
possessions residing at our store by the next day.
