INFORMATION
The undersigned Prosecutor, hereby accuses BRUCE WAYEN of the crime
of MURDER as defined and penalized under Articles 248 of the Revised Penal
Code, as follows:
That on or about 5:10 in the afternoon of November 15, 2014 in La Torre,
Bayombong, Province of Nueva Vizcaya and within the jurisdiction of this
Honorable Court, the said accused, with evident intent to kill, did and there
willfully, unlawfully, feloniously, suddenly, unexpectedly, and treacherously,
assault, attack and wound from behind the victim BRIT KATO with the use
of a bolo, rendering him unconscious, and continued to inflict mortal wounds
on him while the latter was already unconscious and unable to defend himself,
causing his immediate death.
Contrary to law.
