    Ms. Subaedah, age 28, presented with a crooked back that she has had since age 12. On examination, she had an obvious right shoulder elevation, prominent right scapula, and asymmetry when her arms hung at her sides. X-rays showed a double major right thoracic curve of 68 degrees and a right lumbar curve of 70 degrees based on the Lenke classification system. Bending views showed the lumbar curve corrected to 28 degrees when she bent to the left.
