Plan and execute marketing plans for the period before, during and after the event
Design and take charge of designing posters, emailers and any kind of relevant marketing
collaterals
Come up with a detailed proposal on the various food locations, station games and other
ice-breaking activities.
Come up with the operations flow for the event.
To ensure that all the required logistics are prepared prior to the event.
To work with finance on the budget and HR on manpower allocation.
Ensure the smooth flow of programmes on the event day.

In-charge of all administrative work, such as the collection of participants details.
Point of contact for facilitators and participants.
Work with Programmes Director on manpower allocation on event date.
To take the minutes every meeting and send it to the organizing committee.
Collate attendance for every meeting.
Marketing Director
