To check scope of work of the project and guide subordinate.

To check client drawings and client specifications and raise STQ if any discrepancies found.
To check of Material Take Off (MTO) or Equipment list.
To check of Purchase Requisition (PR) as per project specification or requirement.
To check of Technical Bid Evaluation (TBE) as per PR requested and specification or requirement.
Always familiarize with technical specification, code and standard such as ANSI, ASME, API, ASTM, AISC
and TEMA and customer specification such as PTS, GS and SES.
To review, check and approved vendor design calculation, documents, and drawings as per specification
and requirement and incorporate in shop drawing and PDMS Model.
To review and check engineering drawings and liaise with engineer and designer.
To review and check on the weight control report, shiploose list.
To review and check equipment lifting and installation procedure and equipment layout drawings.
To attend clarification meeting with vendor prior to issuance of purchase order.
To perform site inspection on equipment purchase by company/client to ensure item delivered as per
approved drawing. Any discrepancies found shall be listed and submit to QC department to include
Material Inspection Deificiry Report (MIDR).
To execute and perform any other adhoc task assigned or instructed by Section Head/ Engineering
Manager.
