Specific Outcomes/Achievements

My personal professional desired

outcome, is to increase my
achievement/self-actualization areas that
were identified on the LSI1 and 2.
Become less dependent in the process.
The nature of my work has been very
embedded/ reliant on the decisions made
by other leaders. I need to take risks, and
create opportunities to lead more
initiatives like this. By nature do not
advocate for myself and generally dont
speak out of turn unless I feel that we are
going in the wrong direction.
By taking risks, speaking up for myself I
will increase my capacity to improve, and
become a more results oriented leader.
As stated above, I plan to take more risks
and put myself in positions that require
me to lead. I am confident that I can make
a positive difference. In addition to
having an impact on my ability to become
a more independent (less dependent

Techniques

I need to be more vocal.

I have heard great things about this
program and the strategies it advocates.
By being more vocal, I will be able to
better advocate, and lead. By confronting

manner it drastically reduces avoidance
behaviors and stress associated with
negative confrontation.
There is also a connection between a
