General assembly and Security Council

Israel Palestine Issue
ISRAEL-PALESTINE RESOLUTION
The General Assembly and Security Council,
Fully alarmed by the current conflict concerning Israel and Palestine, in which there are
Palestinians and Israelis at war over the ownership of the land, infected with violence and death,
Deeply disturbed by the 4.5 million Palestinian men, women, and children who were
forced from their homes into refugee camps with horrific unbearable conditions, when the
Jewish people returned from Germany in 1945-1947, as declared in an article published by IRIN
news,
Having examined John M. B.s article Palestinian Statehood Under International Law
he states, An overwhelming majority of 138 States (seventy three percent of those present)
voted in favor of Resolution a/67/l.28, with nine against and forty one abstentions. The vote thus
upgraded the Palestinian Authoritys status at the United Nations from a permanent observer
entity to a non-member observer State. Thusly declaring that though Palestine is not legally a
state, it is a member of the international community giving the people that did occupy Palestine
rights,
Recognising the John M. B.s article as well stated However, this upgrade in Palestines
status at the United Nations does not necessarily equate full-fledged membership in the
international community,
Taking into consideration that Israel has been declared a state since 1948, therefore all
who currently obtain land are currently legally citizens of Israel,
Fully aware that the state of Israel does not have the resources nor the means to remain
prosperous after receiving 4.5 million refugees in one fowl wave of desperation,
Emphasizing the perspective of Middle-East peace keeper Mr. Robert Serry in which he
urges a resolution that includes a cease fire, humanitarian aid, reconstruction, and a lasting
national unity,
Recalling the United Nations failed 1947 resolution that suggested a two state solution
that was unsuccessful for a variety of variables one of the bolder reasons being people not
wishing to relocate,
Seeking a safe haven for both Israelis and Palestinians in which both religions can
amongst one another in peace,

1. Welcomes the idea of all Palestinian refugees compelled to return to Israel

should have the right to return with a fee of citizenship:
a. A Palestinian wishing to return must have occupied land in Israel
between 1946 through 2017;
b. Once the refugee has a quantity of money they will have the right
to exchange the money with Israeli government in return gaining citizenship
entailing the right to: purchase land, pay equal taxes, worship who and how this
individual wishes, be treated equally in the face of the law, and live without fear of
beatings by Israeli officials;
c. Buy giving the Israeli government an object of substance, money,
they will be more compliant in the reabsorption of refugees;
d. The fee for citizenship will be determined at a later time;
2. Strongly Recommends the Israeli government puts the income from the fee of
citizenship towards reconstruction and humanitarian aid;
3. Urges that Palestinian territories borders be dropped creating one unified land:
a. The Israeli government will be responsible for the entire piece of
land;
b. Entailing that all Palestinian refugees that have purchased a fee of
citizenship will have the right to live on all land within the outer border;
4. Accepts that the land now called Israel only has the resources to consume
minimal refugees at one time, thusly we must limit the quantity of refugees entering the
nation to 300 people a day:
a. In order to have all of the refugees return to the land they once
called home the right to fee of citizenship will be open to all Palestinian refugees
for fifty years, until 2066 at which point it will be revoked;
b. The people allowed to purchase a citizenship will be the first to the
purchasing building;
5. Authorizes United Nations peacekeepers to be sent to Israel to oversee
transactions of the fee of citizenship, while the United States as well as any other nation
allied with Israel will be permitted to oversee borders for up to fifty years;

6. Draws the attention to the issue addressing where will refugees build a life in
which there family can live without fear of religious conflict:
a. The country will be divided along the borderlines of the 1947
resolution, but instead of having two different states we will have two different
neighborhoods, in which all families living in what was Palestinian land will be
respectful of the Arab-Christian religion, and all who lived in what was Jewish
prescribed land would be respectful of the jewish religion;
b. No one would be obligated to move unless living on a piece of
land entailing them to be respectful of a different religion is irrefutably too difficult
in which case they will have the right to relocate;
c. If a person or persons is violent toward another human because of
religion they will be forced to leave said neighborhood as well as prosecuted in
the face of the Israeli law;
d. The United States as well as UN peacekeeping soldiers will be
sent in to maintain borders until a proper security system is set in place;
7. Urges all nations in favor of this resolution to give support to Israel during this
merger where it is needed;

8. Confirms that by allowing Palestinian refugees the right to return to the land they
once called home, in exchange for wealth and an opportunity for reconstruction, security,
and a place for Israelis to embrace their religion with mutual respect for all, will result in
peace flourishing throughout the once broken nation.
