Criteria: The criteria for determining whether the goals, objectives, and overall outcomes of the
course or training session will be met is the ongoing formative assessments that will be taking
place throughput instruction. Course facilitator will be observing participants responses and
discussions throughout the course. The oral presentations will give teams a chance to show that
they are an expert on the type of harassment assigned to them to deliver to the rest of the class.
The quiz will serve as an overall assessment as to whether or not information was successfully
delivered and retained. Participants need a passing score of 80% or greater to pass the training
course. The exit slip will serve as feedback for the instructor on what participants liked or did
not like about the training course, and what improvements, if any, should be made.
Evaluation Instruments:

Rubric- A rubric needs to be created to grade participants on how well they did with their
team presentations.
Answer Key- An answer key for the quiz needs to be created in order to grade
participants on their performance on the quiz.

Evaluation Overview: The evaluation overview for this training course on Harassment in the
Workplace will come in the form of observation that the facilitator conducts throughout the
entire training course. Body language, attitude, engagement, interest, and participation will all
be taken into account. The quiz will serve as a way to determine how much information was
retained and learned by the participants. This will also serve as a way to measure how well
instruction was facilitated. The Exit Slip will serve as feedback from the participants in the
training course. Everything will be taken into consideration and improvements will be made as
seen fit to aide in the efficacy and future decisions of this training course.
