Training
Who: Faculty and Staff at Kapolei High School
What: Will learn information about harassment in the workplace
by taking the Harassment in the Workplace Training Course.
When: Classes are held every Saturday 8am-4pm between the
dates of April 4, 2015 May 30, 2015
Where: Kapolei High School Learning Center
Why: To educate Faculty and Staff on different types of
harassment in the workplace/annual recertification

Goals of Training Course


Faculty and Staff at Kapolei High School will learn the different forms of
harassment that can take place in the workplace.

Faculty and Staff at Kapolei High School will effectively compile and
present information to peers in training course based on information
learned about assigned harassment type.

Faculty and Staff at Kapolei High School will comprehend the seriousness
of Harassment in the Workplace and know who to contact if harassment
needs to be reported.

Conclusion
This course on Harassment in the Workplace will serve as
the new annual Training Course for employees of Kapolei
High School. This course will talk about harassment in the
workplace, the different forms of harassment, serve as a
student centered learning environment, and measure
participants retention through on going formative
assessment, a quiz, and exit slips.
