FOOD AND BEVERAGE SYSTEM

BOARD MEETING Monday, November 17th, 2014.

Meeting was called to order at 8:00 p.m. at the Gazebo UiTM Puncak Perdana.

Attendees Present:

Noor Azianie binti Mohd Raffae Record Documentation Officer

Syaza Nabilah binti Jamaludin System Analyst

Absent:
None.

Approval of Minutes:

The minutes of the last meeting were read and the amendments were made. There is
correction at the system requirement part. The minutes were proposed as a true record
by Encik Irfan and the motion is seconded by Miss Azianie.

Reports:

Group members discussing on the Analysis section after meeting with the lecturers and
all group member fully understand with the guidelines given.

Business:

Encik Faridzuan asks Miss Azianie to compile all the documentation about the Food and
Beverage System by the AQUE Snooker and Pool Club and do recheck if there is any

problem with the project or any incomplete information.

Everyone agreed to compile all their documentation works follow their roles and
responsibilities and also the task given.
