1. Login to SAP HANA and create users
1.1. Launch SAP GUI and double click on BW740 HANA to login to SAP BW.
1.2. Enter Username and Password and click on Enter button.

1.3. Create a user BPC1 having two roles as shown below with the help of tcode SU01.
1.4. Using the same t-code SU01, create a user BPC2 having two roles as
highlighted in the below screenshot.

2. Login to BPC with BPC1 user
2.1. Launch the BPC screen and login with the BPC1 user.

2.2. The user will be asked to change the password. Change the password
and click on Change.

2.3. The below shown warning message will be displayed as the BPC1 user is
not authorized to perform any activity. Click on Ok button in the warning
window.

3. Login to BPC with BPC2 user
3.1. Launch the BPC screen and login with BPC2 user.

3.2. The user will be asked to change the password. Enter the new password
and click on Change to login.

4. Login to BPC with admin user to add BPC1 user
4.1. Login to BPC with the BPC admin user. Enter the Username, Password
and click on the Logon button.

4.2. Click on the environment link as shown below to connect to the
ENV075_DEV environment.
4.3. The below warning message will be displayed before we connect to the
ENV075_DEV environment. Click on Continue to proceed.

4.4. Select the ENV075_DEV environment from the list and select Connect
button to connect to the environment.

4.5. The ENV075_DEV environment gets connected as shown below. Click on
the Planning and Consolidation Administration link from the Launch section
of the Home page.

4.1. Add the BPC1 user created in SAP HANA
4.1.1. Click on Users option under Security section in Administration

workspace. Then click on Add button to add the user.

4.1.2. Select the BPC1 user and click on Add button to add the user under
Selected Users section on right side.

the Selected Users section.

4.2. Assign BPC1 user to the Admin team
4.2.1. Select the ADMIN option to add the user to Admin team. Click on Add
button to add ADMIN into Selected Teams section.

4.2.2. Click on Next button when the ADMIN is added to the Selected
Teams section.
4.2.3. Click on Finish to complete the process of adding user to the

environment and to the team.

4.2.4. Click on Close button in the last step.
4.2.5. The BPC1 user is displayed in the users list as shown below.

4.3.1. Login to BPC with the BPC1 user to verify the provided access to
ENV075_DEV environment having admin privileges.
4.3.2. The BPC1 user got access to the ENV075_DEV environment.

4.3.3. Click on the Planning and Consolidation Administration link from the
Launch section of the Start Page.
4.3.4. Click on Manage All Environments button at top right corner of the
Administration workspace to see the list of environments.
4.3.5. The BPC1 user has the admin access to manage the ENV075_DEV
environment and can perform various activities like Copy, Delete, Change
Status, etc for the ENV075_DEV environment.

BPC web interface.

5.4.4. The user BPC2 has the access to both the environments
ENV075_DEV2 and ENV075_DEV3 with the admin access. This user can
perform various tasks such as Copy Environment, Changing status of the
environment etc.
