and could not run the plant at the rated capacity resulting into financial

It is proposed to evoke the arbitration clause of tender agreement with
M/s Promac and the balance due to the M/s Promac shall be utilized in
completing the short coming left by the M/s Promac after having a
consulting from a renoved national level agency in the line of the
cement.
The proposal in this regard shall be submitted to administrative
department separately at an earliest.
3- There is a huge gap of technology up gradation among the existing
officers, engineers, and staff. The company is outsourcing the services
of

recognized

company

secretary,

chartered

accountant,

legal

councilors, and processing / quality control engineers to fill the gap.

Presently, administrative department assured to provide full assistance
to JKCL management at all levels and it is assured to the Principal
Commissioner
