Terms and Conditions of Agreement:

It is the responsibility of the Sponsor or Partner Organization to provide the
advertising materials (Logo, Advertisement, Texts, Photographs, and Design) before
one month of the event.
In case of failure of providing advertising materials in time, UIUCCC will not
responsible for any kind of impairment in promotion of that particular organization.

 Booth space and boundaries will be provided by UIUCCC. In the booth, the
organization will get the following items:
o 2 Chair
o 1 Table
o 1 Fan
o 1 Electricity connection
In the booth, Organizations can display only their legal products or services.
In the booth, organization can have their own audio-visual system for promotional
purposes, but they have to keep the volume in moderate level so that it not disturbs
the classes.
In the booth, Organizations can have their own lighting system.
Any illegal and alcoholic items like gun, cigarette, drugs, bomb are not allowed.
For booth arrangement, organizations need to give detailed information of their belongings at
least 3 days before the event starts.
